When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, but not after this time due to the made-to-order nature of our products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Once an order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are fulfilled by Printful, and production begins only after payment is received.

2.3 Pricing and Taxes

• Prices are listed in USD or JPY and exclude shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes unless otherwise stated.
• International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees vary by location and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

2.4 Payment

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Fulfillment and Shipping

• All products are custom-made and fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand supplier with facilities worldwide. Shipping origin depends on your location and the facility best suited to process your order efficiently.
• Fulfillment typically takes 2-7 business days, followed by shipping. Estimated shipping times are:
  • United States: 3-4 business days
  • International: 5-15 business days
• Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.

3.2 Tracking

3.3 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

4. Return Policy

Our return policy is shaped by our partnership with Printful and aims to balance customer satisfaction with the realities of custom, made-to-order products. Please read this section carefully.

4.1 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or buyer’s remorse. Exceptions are made only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items (see below).

4.2 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@goodssumo.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (e.g., damage, defect, or proof of incorrect item)
  • A brief description of the problem
• We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Replacement shipping costs will be covered by us.

4.3 Carrier Returns

• If an order is returned to Printful’s facility due to an invalid address, carrier error, or the package being unclaimed, we will notify you via email.
• We will hold the returned order for 28 days at no cost. During this period, you may request a reshipment by confirming your address. Reshipping incurs additional shipping fees, which should be paid by the customer in this case.
• After 28 days, unclaimed returns may be disposed of or donated without further notice.

4.4 Product Disclaimers

• Some items may have a temporary vinegar-like odor from the printing process, which dissipates after airing out or washing.
• Minor discoloration or residue may appear but should wash out after the first cycle. These are not considered defects.
• If you notice an issue, wash the item before reporting it as defective.

4.5 Refunds

• Refunds are issued only for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 to 14 days of approval.

4.6 International Considerations

International returns follow the same guidelines but may involve additional shipping costs or customs processes. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the issue qualifies under Section 4.2.
